HOW TO STAY YOUNG FOREVER
Those days people use to be afraid of living life too short, but nowadays people are scared of living life for too long.
The idea of living forever young use to be a fiction. But gradually living young forever is becoming a reality. Getting old is an irreversible natural phenomenon. However, this process does not mean you will remain a child or adolescent forever. After all it’s good to become a child but bad to remain a child.
It’s not an irony though, you will actually grow old, but not as old as your real age. Many roads can lead to same destination, but there is always a better route. Most of the causes of death are actually controllable action of man, done in oblivion.
I’ve taken my time to sort out the following simple steps which if you follow, you shall leave forever.
1.) Give yourself a break. Recent studies show that stress causes physical changes in the body that can accelerate aging. Having some rest, going on outings, and observing your holidays can slow down aging process. Relax as often as possible.
2.) Do some exercise, workout, stretch and partaking in sport activities, enroll in physical fitness program and reshape your body.
3.) Maintain a good sexual active lifestyle, and fill your heart with love, joy and happiness.
4.) Consume a healthy balance diet, eat fresh fruits, and vegetables in good quantity.
5.) Frown less, smile more, giggle, laugh often as loud and as much as you can. Life is two, the second life begins immediately after you realize that you have only one.
6.) Keep away from killer habits, like smoking, trusting a foe, unprotected sex with strangers and other suicidal pleas. Blessed are the death defiant for they shall inherit the land. Learn to be impatient and be patient to be brave. Trust none, no friend – no foe.
7.) Personal hygiene /care like washing your undies ( socks, pants/boxers, singlets/bra, clothing etc) eating clean and controlling what goes into your system can help you live young forever.
8.) Staying hydrated with a water therapy.
9.) Listen to good music of your choice and dance to the rhythm.
Learn to listen and listen to learn.
10.) In term of interference, help someone in need if you can, and stay your lane for things that don’t concern you.
11.) Maintain good relationships, surround yourself with cheerful pals. Avoid the unhappy and unlucky friends that pushes you often into emotional trauma. Cheer up and be happy, as malicious grudges can slam you into glum. Maintain a good intersection with friends and family.
12.) Keep learning a new thing. Read books, go through documentaries and be enlightened. Learn about modern technologies, medicine, engineering, computer/IT solutions etc. However, always keep the mind occupied with positive things, never let the brain be idle, because an idle mind is an evil workshop.
13.) Most of the things that keeps life on the track are simple, so enjoy the simple things, because life is simple. So treat it with outmost meekness and simplicity.
14.) Life may not always be a bed of roses, when the undesired happens, cry – shed off your tears, grief, but don’t let this weigh you down. Worry not about the past, worry not about the future, live in the moment. Let go of situations beyond your control. Learn to let go and move on with life. When you fail, rise up, dust yourself and try again – keep trying, don’t easily give up.
15.) Only the entity that dwells with us forever is ourselves (“I” – our innermost self and “Me” – the outer self) . Therefore, be alive while you are still alive. Make a rose bed out of the thorn crown.
16.) Build a fortress to protect your peace. Surround your space with activities / things that bring you eternal love and joy, be it pets, keepsakes, friends, family, music, plants, or hobbies. Make your home your refuge.
17.) Adore, love and cherish your health. If you have a good health, maintain and preserve it. If it’s epileptic and unstable seek medical attention to improve it. If it’s bad beyond improvement, seek for help. Your health is your wealth.
18.) Think again before you act, don’t embark on guilt trip, you can travel to the next county, to the next country, and within your safe zone, but don’t consciously visit the guilt and red zone. Be conscious and remain efficient in decision making. Make not permanent decisions base on temporary feelings.
19.) Love God, Love yourself, Love someone and let it show. Let your beloved feel your love. Learn to Love and be Loved. The realization of love is the beginning of enlightenment. Bearing the light amidst darkness is the beginning of long life and prosperity.
