MANAGING INFERTILITY IN MEN

Infertility has being a big masquerade in many homes . When the man is the cause, Is like buying an aircraft when you ain’t a pilot.
You may end up paying a pilot to make that aircraft fly. However, male infertility can be managed.
After marriage, everyone expects fecundity from the new union. Few months after joining together and no sign of zygote growing in that womb, everyone begin to worry, including the couple. Then questions like, “Why Ain’t She Pregnant Yet?” comes from everywhere. This unfulfilled expectation can bring about negative thoughts, glum and acute sadness.

There’s no problem without a solution. Be calm, infertility can be managed. Sometimes, the causes can be eliminated and other times nothing can be done about it. What then is infertility. Infertility is the inability to reproduce an offspring.
I will concentrate on the habits that can cause infertility and how to go about managing it.

INFERTILITY PROFILE
Male infertility is a topic that is rarely discussed about and when one of the regular followers of my site, suggested this topic I put it into consideration and split it as elucidated below.

1.) ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION (ED):
Erectile Dysfunction (ED) also known as impotence in men, which is considered to be spiritual (for the religious folks) or a medical condition, is the inability to develop or maintain an erection during sexual activity. Nobody was born this way, but our daily indulgence and other environmental factors contributes to converting a full-fledged potent dude to a shy impotent man. Having ED does not mean you are infertile. Most of the causes of erectile dysfunction are ephemeral and could be rectified when the route cause is identified. So don’t be panicked if observe ED, but don’t overlook it too.

Below are some possible causes of erectile dysfunction. Remember, If the possible causes could be highlighted, and the root cause eliminated, changes begin to occur and restoration can be achieved.

a.) Radiation Exposure:

However, to maintain a high slope on the fertility graph, don’t drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes, or use other recreational drugs such as cocaine and marijuana. These substances can impair your driveshaft revolution per minute and the ability to kick up/down at desired rate. Be Aware.

d.) Medications:

e.) Stress:

Worrying that you won’t be able to perform in bed can make it harder for you to do just that. Anxiety from other parts of your life can also spill over into the bedroom. Worrying can make you fear and avoid intimacy, which can spiral into a vicious cycle that puts a big strain on your sex life. Keep your worries aside and in-tune to the blissful ether surrounding bedroom and love play.

h.) Overweight:

Gaining weight can impair your sexual performance not just by lowering your self-esteem. Men who succeed in gaining so much weight, normally have lower levels of the male hormone testosterone, which is important for sexual desire and producing an erection.

Being overweight is also linked to high blood pressure and hardening of the arteries, which can reduce blood flow to the penis. Enrolling for a gym program and eating less food can keep you back in line.

2.) LOW FERTILITY PROFILE
Low fertility profile has to do with having a low libido, sperm production, ejaculation disorder etc.
Most of the factors highlighted in causing erectile dysfunction as explained above, can also also lead to a low fertility profile. On the other hand, most of the people with low fertility profile are not experiencing ED.
Few most common reasons that can lead to Low Fertility Profile are as highlighted below.

a.) Semen Quantity :
Semen containing fewer sperm, or no sperm at all, can impact a male’s fertility profile. When the female’s ovaries cannot be fertilised due to lack of sperm. This is also known as having a low sperm count. Low sperm count is clinically defined as having less than 15 million sperm per millilitre of semen. If you or your partner are concerned about your potential sperm count, you can check the quantity of your sperm through semen analysis.

If you have low sperm count, certain measures could be taken to restore it back to normal. Eating a balance diet, consuming fruits, taking some sperm booster medicare and staying away from sex for a while could aid to fix you up.

b.) Semen Quality:
The quality of your sperm may be impacting your fertility, such as sperm mobility and having ‘abnormal sperm’. Decreased sperm mobility can impact the quality of your sperm as it can create difficulty for the sperm to reach the egg, and fertilise it. Many factors of abnormal sperm are unexplained but can be due to a variety of factors including an abnormal shape, making it harder for sperm to move and fertilise an egg. Damage to your testicles can have a serious impact on your fertility by affecting the quality and quantity of sperm. Overheating sperm can seriously impact their quality. Keeping your testicles cool is important to maintain an optimum temperature of your sperm. Simple ways that you can help to do this include not sitting down for long periods of time and not wearing too tight underwear. Other causes of testicular damage are trauma, such as from sport, infection, testicular surgery, a congenital defect and undescended testicles.

d.) Quick Ejaculation:
Having problems with ejaculation can impact your fertility profile. If the sperm cells cannot reach the ovaries to complete fertilization.
Quick ejaculation can be in three-phase, namely premature ejaculation (where ejaculation occurs too early), retrograde ejaculation (where semen is ejaculated into the bladder) and the failure to ejaculate. If issues with ejaculating are impacting your fertility, then you may need to consult a Urologist for guidance, counseling and treatment.

e.) Lifestyle Choices:
Choosing healthy lifestyle choices is one of the most important and manageable ways to improve your fertility. The following lifestyle choices can cause male infertility by damaging your sperm quality, quantity or sperm passage: excessive alcohol, illegal recreational drugs such as cocaine and marijuana, steroids, an unhealthy diet, obesity and unsafe sex leading to sexually transmitted infections/ diseases that can block the sperm passage.
